Should I choose FCL or LCL?
Full Container Load (FCL) is usually assessed when cargo warrants a dedicated container. Less than Container Load (LCL) combines smaller shipments. The better choice depends on volume, handling, route and timing.
Can you guarantee a sailing or transit time?
Carrier schedules, space and port conditions can change. We confirm the available routing at quotation and booking rather than promise an unverified arrival date.
What is included in a sea freight quote?
The quote states the agreed scope, such as ocean freight, origin or destination services, customs support and inland transport where requested. We clarify inclusions and exclusions for the specific shipment.
Can Skystar also handle customs and inland delivery?
Yes, these services can be assessed alongside the ocean leg. Share the full pickup and delivery points so the team can quote the required scope.
