The planning principle
The product brief comes before the route.
An API, a bulk drug and a finished medical product may have different permitted conditions. We use the shipper's instructions to assess temperature, packaging, handling time, documentation and destination arrangements before proposing a movement.
For cargo that needs a controlled room-temperature corridor, 15°C to 25°C may be relevant. It is never assumed for every product. The agreed range and response plan belong to the individual shipment.

Can you arrange transport for APIs and bulk drugs?
Skystar assesses API and bulk-drug movements against the product's handling requirements, route, equipment availability and destination arrangements before confirming a plan.
Is 15°C to 25°C the standard for every shipment?
No. Some controlled-room-temperature cargo uses that range, but the correct limits come from the product owner. We plan to the shipment-specific instructions and confirm the operating settings before booking.
Do you own the reefer equipment?
Skystar has an owned reefer fleet. Equipment choice and availability are checked against each cargo, route and booking; suitable alternatives can also be assessed where needed.
What happens if a temperature reading is outside the agreed range?
The response depends on the agreed monitoring arrangement and the product owner's instructions. The escalation contacts, records and next steps should be set before the shipment moves.
