Can you guarantee clearance immediately after discharge?
Clearance timing depends on complete documents, the cargo, authority requirements, inspections and port conditions. Early review helps identify issues before arrival, but release is decided by the relevant authority.
Which documents should I send first?
Start with the commercial invoice, packing list and draft or final transport document. The exact documents, permits and declarations depend on the commodity, route and import or export regime.
Can you coordinate delivery after clearance?
Yes. Inland transport, warehousing and delivery can be assessed with the customs work. Share the final delivery point and required timing so the full scope can be quoted.
Are duties, taxes and port charges included in a quote?
The proposal should state its service scope and any known third-party charges. Statutory duties, taxes and charges depend on the shipment and are confirmed separately where applicable.
